Documentation lists of submission at the time of admission as follows...

1. S.S.C. (Std.X) mark sheet. 

2 SSC (or equivalent) passing certificate (for date of Birth)

3. MHT-CET Marklist 

4. H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet. 

5. School leaving certificate after passing H.S.C. (Std. XII). 

6. Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate Maharashtra State.
The certificate of Indian Nationality, which is usually issued by the Tahshildar/Executive Magistrate/Dy. Collector of the concerned Taluka/District wherein the candidate ordinarily resides. In  lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable-

  • The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
  • Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
  • Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.

7. Cast certificate stating that the cast is recognised under backward category in maharastra state. (If candidate   belonging category )
For the candidates belonging to SC, ST, VJ/DT (NT(A)), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC and SBC categories. 

8. Caste Validity Certificate (If candidate belonging category )
The candidates belonging to SC, ST, VJ/DT (NT(A)), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC and SBC categories should produce“Caste Validity Certificate issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department atthe time of submission of CAP application form for the Admission. If the Candidates are not able to submit the caste/Tribe Validity Certificate then they are required to submit the  Undertaking at  the  time  of  submission  of  CAP  application  form  for  the Admission.

9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (If candidate belonging category )
A candidate claiming benefit of reservation under the categories VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC and
OBC above will be required to produce “Non-Creamy Layer Certificate” in the name of the  candidate  as  specified  in  the  Government Resolution No. CBC-10/2008/C.R.697/BCW-5, dated 27th February 2009 or its updated version from time to time. This certificate should be valid upto 31st March 2013. 

10. Domicile certificate
Domicile certificate issued by the Maharashtra State’s appropriate authorities will be considered valid. 

11. Specified Reservation Claims
(a)    Defence Category 
(b)    PH claim 
(c)    MKB claim (Medical Entrance)
(d)    HA claim (Medical Entrance)

12. Additional Weightage Claim 
(a)    Sports
(b)    Hyderabad / Goa Liberation (HGL)
(c)    Freedom Fighter (FF)
(d)    National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Apply for cast certificate (category students) in 11th standard only so that it will get at the mid 12th standard so future problem like rejection, conversion of category to open will be avoided.
